I love Indiana University. I think it is an exciting institution and it has been a privilege to serve it as its president. Also, I think there does come a time in everyone's life when you have to address the question of what's important at that point in time. So, I will have fulfilled my five-year obligation and at the conclusion of that period, I want to turn my focus on my family.

I am fully convinced that he will elevate the program to what you expect. You will love his values, you will be impressed with his preparation for every game and you will love the aggressive defense his team plays. He has made clear our players will do well academically and graduate and that he will comply fully with NCAA regulations.

We've had Adam in that role, and I think they (other teams) see our success in that, and that it makes lot of sense to have a guy like Adam.
