Jon is thrilled to be coming here to get a Penn State education, and we are just as excited. Jon is a quality lefty who has a 90 mph-plus fastball. He's a strikeout pitcher who has good control.

While placing a critter on a label doesn't guarantee success, it is important that wine makers realize that there is a segment of consumers who don't want to have to take wine too seriously. Not only are they willing to have fun with wine, they may just feel 'good' about an animal label presentation.

People love wine with bubbles, it makes the wine come alive.

People have to understand that the wine business is not something you do for the money, ... You do it because you want to create great wine.
