Spreuken over Familie

The Family Tree Award was designed to recognize excellence and leadership on behalf of LGBT parents and their children. Time and time again B.D. has been a tireless and passionate voice and a face for our families and our love. We are honored to have the opportunity to recognize and thank B.D. for his commitment to equality for LGBT parents and their children.

I was stunned. I know I try to do a lot for the other families, and I appreciate everyone who nominated me for the award.

It becomes kind of the family secret.

My dad's the last one from his side of the family, so I'm trying to make sure he's OK and that he has the best doctors around him. He'll be able to get a lot better care here than in the Dominican.

Tourism is the engine that drives the economy of this state. These are good jobs. They're family-supporting jobs.
